Paulus, expects to have 12 appraisers in its Phoenix-Scottsdale office and open multiple locations throughout the United States. Paulus has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and specializes in forensic valuation to provide law firm litigation support as well as the health care industry.
Commercial Real Estate Solutions was formed in 2000 to provide commercial planning, consulting and training to real estate brokerage companies and real estate departments of major corporations.
