Project will tear down, redo Scottsdale nightclubs

Axis/Radius would be rebuilt under plans to redevelop a hub of downtown's nightclub district.

Triyar Companies LLC, which is developing the W Scottsdale Hotel, has proposed a $390 million makeover of a 10-acre area southeast of Scottsdale and Camelback roads with new clubs, restaurants, condos, offices, a hotel and a bowling lounge.   More...
