PHOENIX - Arizona based Luxury home builder, Zacher Homes, announced today that it will offer price guarantees to its buyers. The move comes in response to the public apprehension of the direction of the market, according to David Roney, Director of Sales and Marketing. "Price reductions and incentives are helpful to a point, but the public is unsure of where the market is going. Many don't feel comfortable buying in an environment where prices may still drop. Our pricing guarantee takes away that fear," Roney said.
Zacher's guarantee is being offered in all of it's semi-custom luxury home communities across the Valley. In a year when builders are offering every incentive imaginable, Zacher is the first to guarantee its prices. "I can't tell you what the market will do in the short run," Roney said, "but I can tell you that Zacher Homes isn't going to slash prices and leave buyers upside-down on their mortgages. That's the least we can do for our customers." Roney hopes other builders will follow Zacher's lead.
