Central Corridor building sells for $9.85 million

Fairmount Office LLC of Seattle has paid $9.85 million for a 77,203-square-foot building in Phoenix's Central Corridor.

Located at 4001 N. Third St., just south of Indian School Road, Fairmount Place, at 83 percent occupancy, was owned by KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, Calif. Tenants include the Department of Veterans Affairs and the University of Arizona. More...
