Queen Creek too wide open? Some seek change in fence law

Queen Creek resident Keith Perkins said his town has outgrown an ordinance that requires homes to have open or partially open fencing, even along major roads.  Perkins, whose home backs up to the increasingly busy Hawes Road, has nothing but a vinyl corral-type fence to block sound, maintain his privacy and help protect his six children and horses that spend time in the yard.
