Mattamy has been known to sell a home without electrical power and the furnace was illegally wired to the house next door. This was passed by an inspector of the Town of Oakville. Mattamy also acquired land that had recently been fertilized by bio-solids. Without waiting the recommended 18 month fallow pereiod, Mattamy started construction. I hope that your local inspectors are ready to ensure quality construction...
